Ligne 1: Waiting my parents to call me for dinner

Ligne 2: I am thinking about a way to tell them that I refuse to go to this good college with my mean cousin.

Ligne 3: He is the most terrible person in the world. He always criticizes my clothes, especially my glasses that he thinks are old-fashioned.

Ligne 6-7: My father told me to site down while my mother was cutting the meat and putting the delicious-looking meal in my plate.

    (What's a weat and a siege?)

During this creepy moment, I felt really nervous and wanted to go back upstairs in my room. Suddenly, my father starts to speak:

" So, what is new with my son, you seem anxious today. You forgot to do something?

-Oh yes, my boy, your are so pale, are you okay? probes my mom with a high-pitched voice.

-Of course, I'm okay! I mumbled. I took a deep breath and continued. I have something to tell you guys. But promise me, you won't get mad at me; I'm not going to the same college as my cousin's."

My father's face suddenly became red. I could see through his facial expressions that he was shocked and dissapointed. My mother made a little noise and covered her face with her hand. I was actually uncomfortable.

*dad speaking, this part is good you don't have to change it*

My mom regained her wits and said:

" Calm down dear, let your son explain himself.

    - This silly boy should not disapprove my proposition! Why in the world would he refuse to go to that prestigious college!

    - It's my cousin, dad. I answered. He is really rude with me. I can't go to school with him! Do you remember all the times when he laughed at me, for example because I was too shy or I read too much books? That's what I'm talking about and what I'm afraid of... I prefer to continue to study here, in our city, even if that college is a great opportunity for me." I felt so free now. I finally said what I thought.

"No way! I don't care about your cousin! This is your future, not his! You better change your mind or I'll punish you! Anyways I have to go breath outside".

He leaved enraged and furious. I look at my mother. She looked at me back. I could see the compassion and the pain in her eyes.

"Mama, I'm so sorry... I just don't want to be in this college. I'll be a better son! If you want, I can clean my room and do the laundry!

*mama talking, no need to change this part*

I smiled and hugged her fulled with joy. She was one of the only people who could understand me.
