b) 9 y² + 12 y + 4      IDR   a²+2ab+b² = (a+b)²

9 y² + 12 y + 4  = (3 y + 2)²

c) x² + 169 - 26 x  ⇔ x² - 26 x + 169     IDR  a²-2ab+b² = (a-b)²

    x² - 26 x + 169 = (x - 13)²

d) 144 x + 144 x² + 36   ⇔ 144 x² + 144 x + 36 = (12 x + 6)²    

e) (3 x + 1)² - (2 x)²     IDR    a²-b² = (a+b)(a-b)

(3 x + 1)² - (2 x)² = (3 x + 1 + 2 x)(3 x + 1 - 2 x) = (5 x + 1)(x + 1)

f) 9 t² - 24 t + 16 = (3 t - 4)²

g) - 22 x + 121 x² + 1  ⇔ 121 x² - 22 x + 1 = (11 x - 1)²

h) (x + 1)² - 9  ⇔ (x + 1)² - 3² = (x + 1 + 3)(x + 1 - 3) = (x + 4)(x - 2)
