On utilise BE au temps demandé (ou à  celui  de la voix active) + le participe passé du verbe.

Le complément d'agent sera introduit par "by"  seulement s'il est indispensable.

c- Lots of stickers were put on signs overnight.

d- Lively colours have been added to the wall.

e- This mural will be finished next week.
